With the weather warmer and warmer, we got out the bikes, pumped up the tires, and headed out on a lovely ride along the trails near our house. It was wonderful - until one daughter rode into a bush, and another fell off sideways and got scraped up. Oh well...it was nice while it lasted.

We finally bought some plants for our two large planters out the front of our garage. We went with these gorgeous lavender plants and some yellow pansies, as well as some kind of grass plant that hangs over the edge. Love how they turned out.!

Great to be back here after years going to the Regina Temple. The Cardston temple holds a special place in my heart as it is where we were married. Today we did baptisms with the older girls. It felt great being there.

This fine young lady won the Global Youth Citizen award for 2014. She will be going on the youth expedition to Ethiopia! SO fun! I did some photos of her for both Canadian Humanitarian and MNP (who sponsored the award) to use in their social media posts and websites.

We decided to check out a local garden center that has a butterfly house. We didn't end up seeing the butterfly house, but we did spend some time in the petting zoo! B especially loved the little black chicken that was super sweet and soft. Now she wants to buy one of her own!

It was Showcase at TJ's and B's school, so Lyndon and I showed up to share a BBQ lunch with them. It was great to see them enjoying their time with their friends and having a great day at school!

Achievement Days activity this week was a mother-daughter yoga night! BB is so flexible and good at moving her body that she was amazing at it! I was flexible, but not very strong - so my muscles weren't my friend the next day. It was so fun to spend some time with this sweet gal, though. I wouldn't trade it for the world!
